PowerPoint

PowerPoint is a Microsoft tool used for a wide variety of reasons. Children in school use the creative tool to create projects and presentations, as well as businessmen creating presentations to present to the board about new ideas for the company. PowerPoint allows people to make presentations with pictures, links, charts, videos, diagrams, bullet points, music and so much more. For this project I even used the voice over recording for the first time. Even after so many years, it still allows so many choices to make your presentation even better and more attractive to readers.

Many companies do continue using PowerPoint today. It is a great tool that can be used in a wide range of careers. As I am not completely set on one career there are multiple purposes PowerPoint can serve in the criminal justice field. One example would be a police officer giving a presentation about a suspect they are chasing. This presentation can include information about the suspect, family, and known associates. The presentation can also include pictures of the suspect and any other important information.

  1. Powerpoint is a wonderful tool for any field of study when it comes to presenting, explaining what a topic may be, or helping you get over your stage fright. When giving information about something whether it is nursing, an app, a school project, or a college powerpoint, it helps multiple people in many job or school fields around the world use another platform to define what assignment they were given. Instead of writing an essay or paper and submitting it for a grade, a powerpoint gives you an option to show pictures and present your topic to a group of people. It really helps those relieve their fear of stage fright when they are forced to give a discussion about the protect in front of who knows how many people. There are many endless opportunities this can give people!
